Refund policy

I do NOT accept returns due to hygienic reasons! If you make a purchase and you would like to ‘cancel’ your order… I will give you shop credit to use in the future. New, old, sale items… You can use it on anything! I cannot return your funds as those funds are likely spent on new items needed for business or put towards bills. It also really hurts my analytics and my sales for the month which, again, hurts me. 

However, if something breaks on its way to you, I will repair it free of charge! You’ll have 14 days to ship it back to me with the address I provide and I will get it repaired and shipped out within 2 weeks! If it is something I haven’t made but it’s near and dear to your heart and you need it fixed, please reach out! I will do minor jewelry repairs for a small charge, it will be something we will have to discuss!
