Shipping policy?

Pick ups and Shipping! Shipping is done anywhere between 2-5 days. If you are local to the Red Wing or Twin Cities area, then you may pick up. Just contact me for the details.

Returns and Repairs!

I do NOT accept returns due to hygienic reasons! However, if something breaks on its way to you or after you’ve worn it enough times, I will repair it free of charge! You’ll have 14 days to ship it back to me with the address I provide and I will get it repaired and shipped out within 2 weeks! If it is something I haven’t made but it’s near and dear to your heart and you need it fixed, please reach out! I will do minor jewelry repairs for a small charge, it will be something we will have to discuss!

Late Fees

LATE FEES! (Added 4/23)If you have a listing on the website or an open invoice, late fees WILL be tacked on. Your claims are due within 48 hours of saying sold. If it goes 48 hours without purchase, it will go up $1USD a day for 5 days. On day 5 your item will go up AN EXTRA $10USD. 24 hours after that late fee is tacked on, you forfeit your items and they go to the next person. (Few exceptions are accepted.)

Layaway!

Layaway! This is a super great deal that I am offering to everyone!1) Layaway is a privilege, not a right. I can refuse layaway if you have a record of cancelling your items and abuse this plan. 2) 25% of the order must be paid as a down payment within 12 hours of claiming and is absolutely non-refundable. If not paid within 12 hours, the items are passed on and they move onto the next claim. 3) Layaway orders MUST be a minimum of $150 before shipping. 4) Layaway orders MUST be completely paid off within 30 days. If the items aren't paid in full at that point then you FORFEIT ALL YOUR PAYMENTS and the items will be passed. No exceptions. NO EXCEPTIONS! LITERALLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please understand this... NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. None. Nada. Nil. Zilch. 5) Any and all special pricing events will not be honored for layaway. No Wheel Spins, Balloon Pops, Pick a Numbers, discounts or games of any kind will be applied to layaway. All Layaway invoices will be at full retail with no bonus pieces. 6) Items cannot be added to an existing layaway order. However, you are welcome to create a new layaway as often as you'd like. All the same rules apply. 7) If any of these rules are not followed, layaway may not be offered in the future for that person. 8) Layaway MAY NOT be offered during all events. You must ask prior to claiming for each layaway! You can request layaway in a live sale, except on special holiday release or on fresh new inventory.10) Pre-orders do NOT count! You cannot put a pre-order item on layaway, those must be paid up front.

  • Custom Orders!

    I love to make custom pieces that have special meaning to you. How do you make a custom order with me? It’s simple! Tell me what leather, charms, colors are important to you. All custom requests come with a $15 fee. Custom orders must be prepaid before I begin working on your order. Your order can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. If you need it sooner, please discuss this with me prior to placing your order. Please see shipping policies for rushed shipping fees.
